FASEB LEAD Now Accepting Applications

FASEB’s Leadership Engagement and Appreciation of Differences (LEAD) program is now accepting applications. LEAD uses a reverse mentoring model and pairs senior-level professionals and junior-level mentors together so that each party can gain different perspectives of individual, group, and cultural views within the scientific research community while fostering an open, respectful, inclusive, confidential, and trusting environment. All biological and biomedical research scientists are eligible to apply, however, priority is given to those who are part of societies that maintain FASEB Full Member status.
